1. Overview

This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how Aventria Life Science Pty Ltd (“Aventria”, “we”, “us”)
manages the dispatch, shipping, and delivery of goods.
We supply scientific equipment and consumables across Australia using a combination of
third-party logistics providers and supplier-direct shipping.

2. Order Processing

• Orders are processed once confirmed and accepted by Aventria
• For in-stock items, dispatch typically occurs within 1–3 business days
• For supplier-direct or capital equipment orders, lead times will be advised at the time of
purchase
Orders may be shipped:
• From Aventria facilities
• Directly from manufacturers or distributors
• Via third-party logistics (3PL) providers

3. Shipping Methods

Shipping is arranged based on the size, weight, and nature of the goods:
• Standard courier services for small items
• Freight carriers for bulky or heavy items
• Palletised freight for capital equipment (typically 80–100 kg+)
We select the most appropriate carrier at our discretion unless otherwise agreed.

4. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times:
• Metro areas (e.g., Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne): 2–5 business days

• Remote areas: Variable depending on location
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by:
• Supplier delays
